fees are billed monthly and are payable in advance. Unless paid
annually, Best
Collectibles will continue to bill your credit card the monthly fee
until a cancellation notice is received. Such request must be
received in writing at least 5 days in advance of the next billing
cycle. Early cancellations are non-refundable.
